- British Airways operates from A, B, and C gates at Terminal 5, and there hasn’t previously been a dedicated lounge at the C gates, but that will change in late 2028. BA has already begun construction of this new lounge space.
- There will also be a separate Concorde lounge at the Terminal 5 C-gates lounge for first class passengers and those with Gold Guest List BA status.
- The Terminal 5 arrivals lounge refurbishments are expected to start in early 2027 and to be completed by the end of the year. There will be a separate Concorde Arrivals experience for those flying in on first.
- The Terminal 3 Premium check-in experience for first class and Oneworld Emerald members will already open this winter (when does the winter end?). It is apparently designed to resemble the Terminal 5 First Wing experience (and hopefully the security setup as well).
